Adult Classes Come enjoy learning a new skill and have some fun.

1 Month (4 Classes) $255

  • Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Includes clay (up to and not to exceed 25 lbs.) glazes, firing, use of all studio equipment.
  • 2 1/2 Hour Classes

Drop-In Class ($125) 2 x visit

  • Attend a prescheduled class for an hour and a half. Choose to wheel-throw OR hand build w/clay.
  • Includes professional instruction, clay, glazes, and firing.
  • Then return approximately 2 weeks later for an hour class to glaze your work.
  • Fee includes both creating and glazing class visits.
  • In order to secure a space for a drop-in class a 50% deposit is due upon class confirmation.

Private Class ($85/per hour) for students.   Private Class ($150/per hour) for teachers/art instructors.

Monthly Class Format

Tuesdays: 6:00-8:30

Next Class begins: March 6th, April 3rd, May 1st

Thursdays: 6:00-8:30

Next Class begins: March 1st, April 5th, May 3rd

Fridays:  10:30-1:00

Next Class begins: March 2nd, April 6th, May 4th

Saturdays: 1:30-4:00

Next Class begins: March 3rd, April 7th, May 5th

This format is four-weeks. Classes meet for two and a half hours, once a week. Learn how to “throw” on a pottery wheel with our professional instruction; creating bowls, plates, cups, etc. And/or learn various hand building techniques such as “slab” and “coil” building methods.

Once your pieces are bisque-fired, you will learn how to glaze them. We have over 60 amazing glaze colors to choose from. All of our glazes are food safe, dishwasher safe, oven safe, and microwavable.

About the Instructor:  Esther Alinejad has been teaching ceramics, and art for over 25 years. She received her BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and her MFA from the University of Arizona. Esther is an award-winning artist, and art instructor. She teaches full time throughout the year, and actively exhibits and sells her artwork.

Cost: $255, includes clay, firing, glazes, use of all studio tools, equipment, professional instruction, and a lot of fun!


If a student misses a class, it is their responsibility to schedule a make up class within the same month of the absence. Missed classes do not roll-over into the following month.

Drop-In Class:

$125 per class

Attend one of our regularly scheduled adult classes for an hour and a half, and choose to either learn how to “throw” on the wheel, or hand-build a project with clay. Then return for an hour during a second class, and learn how to glaze your creations. You can also choose your glaze colors, and we can finish glazing them for you.

We require that you please call ahead to schedule a drop-in class to confirm there is space availability.

Private Instruction Fee:

$85 per hour (material fees may apply)

Studio/School Set Up Consultations:

$195 per hour

Firing For Outside Individuals:

We offer bisque, and glaze firing for individuals who do not attend our studio. The cost is $1.25 per square inch, per piece to bisque fire only. The cost to bisque and glaze is $1.50 per square inch per piece. There is also a studio usage fee of $25.
