Designed for children and teens ages 6-18. In the first few weeks, students have fun learning how to “hand-build” projects such as slab cups, clay masks, name plaques, heart shaped boxes, etc.

Once older students (9  + up) learn basic hand building methods, they are able to learn how to “throw” on the wheel. Students  learn how to “throw” bowls, cups, plates, chip + dip plates, etc.

After students ceramic work is bisque fired,  they are taught various glazing techniques using both low fire, and high fire glazes.
